Our Latest IEI

ECEC's Issues, Events, and Ideas (IEI) is now available online!  We have shifted our publications to an online platform in hopes that we can better reach our members.  With this platform we will be able to get information to members more frequently and it contains shorter and more practical entries. The issues section identifies problems or concerns in current classrooms with proposed solutions. The events section includes notices and information about regional and provincial ECEC events and professional development opportunities. Finally, the ideas section includes suggestions for classroom activities.  All issues of the IEI published in recent years can be found by hovering over the Issues, Events and Ideas tab.

Submissions and Contributions

Educators are invited to consider writing about topics that interest them. The IEI welcomes photographs, line drawings, diagrams, and poetry. To ensure quality reproduction, photographs should be clear with good contrast and drawings should be originals. Each photograph should be accompanied with a caption and photo credit. The contributor is responsible for obtaining releases for use of photographs.
