Friday, April 24th 7:00 am: Registraion and Information Table Opens (Table Open from 7 am- 7pm) 7:00 am - 8:00 am: Yoga 🧘🏽♂️🧘🏻♀️(This will be a pre-registered session, see SCHED when it is available.) 7:00 am - 9:00 am: Breakfast 8:30 am: Welcome from ECEC & Land Acknowledgement 9:00 am - 10:00 am: Keynote Speaker: Dr Gillian Judson 10:30 am - 11:30 am: Break Out Sessions 11:45 am - 1:00 pm: Lunch & Annual General Meeting 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm: Break Out Sessions 2:45 pm - 3:30 pm: Keynote Speaker: Trisa Soroski 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm: Picture Book Club📚- Come for an informal book wander to explore some amazing picture books to inspire your practice and check out the exhibitors. 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Celebrate 60 years of ECEC 🎉- Dinner, Awards and Party! Provincial Park Pass Vehicles parked at provincial park and public land sites in Kananaskis Country and the Bow Valley need a Conservation Pass. You require a pass for each day you are parked in Kananaskis Country and the Bow Valley Corridor. Passes are valid until 11:59 p.m. (not valid for 24hrs). Only one pass per personal vehicle is required. A Day Pass for one vehicle is $15.00 per day. You can purchase your park pass online and register your licence plate at the following link: https://conservationpass.alberta.ca/kcp Passes can also be purchased in-person or by using Wi-Fi at Kananaskis Visitor Information Centres (Barrier, Elbow, Peter Lougheed and William Watson Lodge) and the Canmore Nordic Centre Day Lodge. By purchasing a pass you're helping keep this special part of Alberta beautiful and protected for generations to come ❤️. |

Kananaskis, Alberta T0L 2H0 Pomeroy Kananaskis Group Room Rates Lodge - 2 Queen Beds $ 279.00 per night Lodge- 1 King Bed $ 279.00 per night Please note that fees and service charges are not included in group room rates mentioned above. There is an additional $25.00 per room (plus tax where applicable) daily charge to cover Resort Services such as Housekeeping, Porterage, Fitness Center/Pool Facilities, Internet and Guest Activities. This charge will be applied to all nights within out group room block. There is a limited number of rooms reserved for our conference. When calling to book your accommodations, please tell them that you are attending the Early Childhood Education Council Conference checking in on Thursday, April 23rd, 2026 and checking out on Saturday, April 25th, 2026.
